Job Description - Call Center Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Travelers Cos. is seeking a motivated and energetic Call Center Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we require a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in a call center or customer service management role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the call center team - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency - Monitor and analyze call center metrics to ensure KPIs are met - Train, mentor, and support call center agents - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field - Proven experience in call center management - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, data-driven decisions - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software systems
