Job Description:
Western Union is seeking a confident and hardworking individual to join our team as a Call Center Manager. This position offers the flexibility to work from home in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee a team of call center representatives to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center operations and efficiency - Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions - Provide leadership, guidance, and training to call center staff to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries and issues - Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely and satisfactory manner - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience - Maintain a positive and motivating work environment for call center staff - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in a call center or customer service management role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven track record of driving results and exceeding KPIs - Ability to think creatively and implement innovative solutions - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with grace - Familiarity with call center software and systems - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
