Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Rio Tinto is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Call Center Officer to join our team in Montreal, Quebec on a part-time basis. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and efficient manner - Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services - Document all call information accurately in the company's database - Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance targets - Maintain a high level of productivity and quality in a fast-paced environment - Continuously improve call handling techniques and procedures

Requirements: - Proven experience working in a call center or customer service role - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism and empathy - Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications - Hardworking and driven individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent planning and organizational skills
