Job Description:
Trinity Industries is seeking a motivated and resilient Call Center Officer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in customer service and communication.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service. 2. Utilize critical thinking skills to assess customer needs and provide accurate information or assistance. 3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and cooperation when interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience. 4. Update customer information in the database accurately and in a timely manner. 5. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and achieve department goals. 6. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. 7. Take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role preferred. 2. Resilient and motivated personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong cooperation and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
