Remote Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a motivated and adaptable Remote Call Center Officer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Remote Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide additional information. 3. Respond to customer emails and messages in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Use effective persuasion and creativity to promote products and services to customers. 6. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and targets. 7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 8. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Motivated and adaptable personality traits. 3. Strong persuasion and creativity skills. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
