Remote Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Pomerleau is seeking a Remote Call Center Officer to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. The ideal candidate will be independent, dedicated, and possess strong critical thinking and creativity skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries and issues efficiently. 3. Utilizing company scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent communication with customers. 4. Updating customer records and information accurately in the company database. 5. Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless customer experience. 6. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Comfortable working remotely with company-provided equipment. 6. Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
