Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Kindred Healthcare is currently seeking a Call Center Officer to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist patients with scheduling appointments, obtaining medical records, and answering questions about our services. 3. Communicate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and provide necessary information. 4. Utilize persuasion and creativity to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM system. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries. 7. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of patient information. 8. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. 3. Driven and resourceful attitude with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations. 4. Excellent persuasion skills and the ability to think creatively to solve problems. 5. Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes is a plus. 6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
