Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Cablevision Systems, a leading telecommunications company in Vancouver, British Columbia, is seeking a part-time Call Center Officer to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, technical issues, billing questions, and general support - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns, conduct surveys, and offer promotions - Process orders, refunds, and cancellations accurately and efficiently - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Meet and exceed productivity and quality standards set by the company - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers - Use CRM software to document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills and a pleasant phone manner - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Adaptable and reliable with a positive attitude - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required - Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
