Call Center Officer

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a reliable and energetic Call Center Officer to join our team at PG&E Corp. in Montreal, Quebec. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls for our company. This position requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and providing information about our products and services - Making outbound calls to follow up with customers or schedule appointments - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and effective call center operations - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times - Providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Reliable and energetic personality traits - Strong cooperation and time management skills - Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written - Proficiency in using call center equipment and software - Ability to work well in a team environment - High school diploma or equivalent
