Call Center Officer

Job Description:

SaskTel is currently seeking a part-time Call Center Officer to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. The Call Center Officer will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, providing information about products and services, processing orders, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is entry-level and does not require any prior experience.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and providing information about products and services - Processing orders and payments - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction - Adhering to company policies and procedures - Providing exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements: - Independent and reliable personality traits - Emotional intelligence and strong time management skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent - Fluency in English and French is preferred but not required
