Call Center Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and resourceful Call Center Officer to join our team at News Corp. in Montreal, Quebec. As a part-time entry-level position, no prior experience is required. The ideal candidate will possess strong people management skills, be creative problem solvers, and have a desire to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers to provide product information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department - Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer satisfaction - Utilize company scripts and resources to provide consistent information to customers - Meet and exceed performance targets set by management - Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive work environment - Other duties as assigned

Requirements: - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Resourceful in problem-solving and finding solutions - Strong people management skills - Creativity in approaching challenging situations - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - High school diploma or equivalent
