Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a dedicated and driven Remote Call Center Officer to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position and possess strong communication skills.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner - Provide exceptional customer service and support - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance goals - Utilize creativity and problem-solving skills to address customer needs
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills and a professional phone etiquette - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficient in using computer software and CRM systems - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively - A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
