Remote Call Center Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and resilient Remote Call Center Officer to join our team at USAA in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Associate Level member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members over the phone. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from members in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist members with inquiries, requests, and problem resolution related to their accounts. 3. Utilize negotiation and problem-solving skills to resolve member issues and concerns. 4. Document all interactions with members accurately and thoroughly in our system. 5. Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction ratings. 6. Stay current on USAA products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to members. 7. Collaborate with team members and leaders to continuously improve processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Passionate and resilient personality traits. 3. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is a plus.
