Remote Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Celgene is seeking a motivated and dedicated Remote Call Center Officer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a Remote Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients over the phone. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and general support - Provide accurate information about products and services - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction - Document all interactions and maintain customer records - Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance targets - Continuously improve your knowledge of products and services to better assist customers - Adhere to quality standards and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and in a team setting - Proficiency in computer software applications - Analysis and creativity skills - Motivated and dedicated personality traits
