Call Center Officer

The Liberty Mutual Insurance Group is currently seeking a part-time Call Center Officer to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. This position is ideal for individuals who are energetic, resilient, and have excellent planning and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and providing them with information about insurance products and services - Assisting customers with policy inquiries, claims processing, and general customer service requests - Making outbound calls to follow up with customers on their insurance needs - Inputting and updating customer information in the company database - Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times - Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators set by the company

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong planning and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Basic computer skills - Must be resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Prior call center experience is a plus, but not required
