Job Description:
Hilton Worldwide Holdings is seeking a part-time Call Center Officer to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Entry Level position with no prior experience required, we are looking for individuals who are energetic, resourceful, have strong presentation skills, and possess critical thinking abilities.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering inbound calls and assisting guests with their inquiries, requests, and reservations in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer service inquiries, resolve issues, and provide additional information as needed. 3. Utilizing computer systems to access and input customer information accurately and efficiently. 4. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. 5. Adhering to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism. 6. Collaborating with team members to meet call center goals and objectives.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong presentation skills and the ability to think critically and solve problems. 4. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Energetic personality and a positive attitude. 7. Resourceful and able to work independently or as part of a team.
