Call Center Officer - Work from home

We are looking for a talented Call Center Officer to join our team at Amphenol in Toronto, Ontario. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner. 2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in our system. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and in a timely manner. 5. Upsell products and services to increase sales revenue. 6. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service experience. 7. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Energetic and dedicated personality traits. 3. Strong leadership and negotiation skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
