Call Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Call Center Officer for Bed Bath & Beyond, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home in Montreal, Quebec. This part-time position at an Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, order status, and general customer service issues - Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Accurately input customer information into the system and update customer records as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance goals - Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times

Requirements: - Adaptability and the ability to work independently from home - Hardworking attitude and a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers over the phone - Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
