Call Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Aetna is currently seeking a Call Center Officer to join our team of dedicated professionals in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions. 3. Document all interactions in the company's database for future reference. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. 5. Meet and exceed performance metrics set by the company. 6. Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Must be dedicated and resilient, able to handle high-volume calls and challenging situations with grace. 2. Possess leadership qualities to guide and motivate team members. 3. Have strong cooperation skills to work effectively with colleagues and management. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Proficiency in customer relationship management software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
