Call Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Precision Castparts is seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Officer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This is a part-time position with the flexibility to work from home. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong background in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and courtesy. 2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders. 3. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction. 4. Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and improve overall call center performance. 5. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in the company database.

Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and CRM software. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
