Job Description:
As a Call Center Representative at Western Union in Toronto, Ontario, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to clients who reach out via phone. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls, assisting customers with various inquiries related to financial transactions, account issues, and general information about Western Union services.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally. 2. Provide accurate information to customers regarding Western Union products, services, and policies. 3. Assist customers with account inquiries, transaction issues, and general troubleshooting. 4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently. 5. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and diplomatic manner. 6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Western Union services and policies. 7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 8. Meet or exceed established performance metrics, such as call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment. 2. Energetic and confident personality traits. 3. Strong teamwork and time management skills. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Knowledge of basic computer applications and data entry. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
