Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Costco is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. As a part-time Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone to assist with inquiries, orders, and concerns from our valued members.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently - Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and patience - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed performance goals in areas such as call resolution and customer satisfaction - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies and procedures

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Resourceful and adaptable personality traits - Strong leadership and creativity skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
