Job Description - Call Center Representative

Job Description:


Quanta Services is currently seeking a dynamic and driven Call Center Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products and services, answer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints. 3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor. 4. Maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring excellent quality of service. 5. Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and targets. 6. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficient in using CRM software and other call center tools. 6. Driven and energetic personality. 7. Soft skills in cooperation and negotiation. 8. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. 9. High school diploma or equivalent required.
