Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Rockwell Automation is seeking a confident and passionate Call Center Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and technical support issues. 2. Responding to customer emails promptly and professionally. 3. Using negotiation skills to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner. 4. Planning and organizing daily tasks to ensure all customer queries are addressed efficiently. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database. 6. Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Strong negotiation and planning skills. 4. Confident and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
