Call Center Representative

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team at Norfolk Southern in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level employee with at least 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up with customers, schedule appointments, and provide updates. 3. Updating customer information in the database accurately and timely. 4. Resolving customer issues promptly and effectively. 5. Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve team goals. 6. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 3. Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence. 4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software. 7. Bilingual in English and French is preferred.
