Job Description - Call Center Representative

Job Description:


Procter & Gamble is seeking a dedicated and passionate Call Center Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia on a part-time basis. As an Associate level employee with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with product inquiries, concerns, and complaints - Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers - Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred - 3+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to make quick decisions and problem-solve under pressure - Strong emotional intelligence and empathy - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
