Remote Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Clio is looking for a hardworking and reliable Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is necessary. This part-time role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals who possess strong adaptability and decision-making skills to work in a remote call center environment.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients in a professional and efficient manner - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering accurate information - Maintain detailed records of all interactions and transactions - Follow call center scripts and protocols to ensure consistency and quality of service - Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding call volume, resolution times, and customer satisfaction ratings

Requirements: - Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a remote setting - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and make decisions under pressure - Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent
