Job Description:

Dow Chemical is seeking a motivated and independent Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in customer service and the chemical industry. As a Remote Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone.

Responsibilities: - Handling incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns in a professional manner - Providing product information and assisting with ordering process - Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
