Call Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Call Center Representative at DTE Energy, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home in Vancouver, British Columbia. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for individuals who are independent, dedicated, adaptable, and have strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism and efficiency - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding their energy needs - Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner - Update customer accounts and records as needed - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by management - Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes to stay ahead in a rapidly changing world

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently from home and stay motivated - Strong adaptability and leadership skills - Proficient in using computer systems and software - High school diploma or equivalent required
