Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Call Center Representative to join our team at Philip Morris International. As a Work from Home Call Center Representative based in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism and courtesy - Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Document customer interactions accurately in the company database - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve department goals - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and customer focus
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong time management and critical thinking skills - Reliable and driven individual who takes initiative and works well independently - Ability to work part-time hours from a home office setup - Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace with reliable internet connection
