Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team at Fiserv in Toronto, Ontario. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is a part-time entry-level position with one year of experience required.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information about products and services - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Document all customer interactions accurately in the system - Upsell products and services to meet sales targets - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs effectively - Follow company policies and procedures for customer service

Requirements: - Hardworking and reliable individual with excellent communication skills - Attention to detail and creativity in problem-solving - 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
