Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team at Wyndham Worldwide in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service-related role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and adaptable, able to handle a fast-paced work environment and provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from customers with professionalism and excellent communication skills - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers with their inquiries or concerns - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Meet productivity and quality standards set by the company - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and achieve team goals - Utilize project management skills to prioritize and manage tasks effectively - Make presentations to clients when required - Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities provided by the company
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using computer software and systems - Hardworking and adaptable to changing circumstances - Ability to manage projects effectively and meet deadlines - Presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers - High school diploma or equivalent
