Job Description - Call Center Specialist

Job Description:


Sobeys is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Call Center Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Call Center Specialist will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and assist them with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution - Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, conduct surveys, and promote special offers - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Attend regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices - Identify and escalate urgent issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Meet and exceed performance goals set by the company


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Energetic and confident personality - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Creativity and leadership abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
