Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Medtronic is seeking a part-time Call Center Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Associate Level Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, provide information about products and services, and resolve any issues or concerns they may have.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and provide additional information - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective call center operations - Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics set by management

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a similar role - Independent and reliable personality traits - Strong time management and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
