Remote Call Center Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and confident Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team at Charles Schwab in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level role, we are seeking candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Handle a high volume of inbound calls from clients regarding their investment accounts - Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions - Utilize innovative thinking and analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when entering client information into the database - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience - Stay up to date on industry trends and changes in regulations to better assist clients - Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets set by management

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to think critically and problem-solve efficiently - Experience in the financial services industry is a plus - Must be able to work independently and in a virtual team setting - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
