Remote Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

WellCare Health Plans is seeking a reliable and driven Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This is a part-time, entry-level position, ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions. 3. Utilize communication skills to effectively manage relationships with customers and colleagues. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and transactions. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to callers. 6. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Proven experience in customer service or a similar role. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Strong people management skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. 4. Presentation skills to effectively convey information to customers. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. 7. Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace to work remotely.
