Call Center Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Call Center Specialist to join our team at Illinois Tool Works in Montreal, Quebec. As a part-time Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or call center operations, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, providing customer support, and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries - Provide information about products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively - Make outbound calls to follow up with customers as needed - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or call center operations - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities - Persuasive and confident in handling customer interactions - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
