Remote Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team at Deere in Toronto, Ontario. This is a part-time entry level position with the opportunity for growth within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers to provide assistance and support - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Document all customer interactions accurately in the system - Meet or exceed established goals for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional service - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements: - Energetic and resilient personality - Strong teamwork and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficient in computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly - High school diploma or equivalent
