Job Description:
SAP Canada is currently seeking a part-time Call Center Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, resourceful, and has strong project management and creativity skills.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner - Provide support and assistance to customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and general questions - Document all customer interactions in the CRM system - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call volume, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by the company
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using CRM systems and other software applications - Ability to work well independently and as part of a team - Must be adaptable to changes and able to handle stress in a positive way - Resourceful in finding solutions to customer issues - Project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Creativity to come up with innovative ways to improve customer experience
