Job Description - Call Center Specialist

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Call Center Specialist to join our team at SunTrust Banks in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service over the phone, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their banking needs. 2. Providing information on products, services, and account information. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Processing transactions and updating customer accounts accurately. 5. Identifying opportunities to cross-sell products and services to meet customer needs. 6. Maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times. 7. Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 8. Adhering to all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.


Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. 3. Confident and reliable personality traits. 4. Proficiency in problem-solving and presentation skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. 6. Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus. 7. Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
