Remote Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Fifth Third Bancorp is seeking a Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level professionals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Remote Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer support, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote products and services - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member - Update customer information in the database during and after each call - Meet and exceed individual and team goals for call quality, customer satisfaction, and sales targets - Provide feedback on call center processes and procedures to improve overall efficiency and customer experience - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery

Requirements: - Driven and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Strategic planning and analysis skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced remote call center environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
