Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

St. Jude Medical is seeking a part-time Call Center Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and scheduling appointments - Update and maintain accurate records in the database - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow - Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management - High school diploma or equivalent
