Call Center Specialist - Work from home

We are currently seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team at Air Products & Chemicals in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This is a part-time position with an Associate level seniority, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.

As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues efficiently, and maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions. You will also be required to follow company protocols and procedures, escalate calls when necessary, and contribute to the overall success of the call center team.

The ideal candidate for this role will be independent, resilient, and possess strong decision-making and research skills. You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and follow through on commitments.
