Job Description:
Penske Automotive Group is seeking a dedicated Call Center Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work from home. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but candidates must be passionate and independent individuals who possess excellent attention to detail and a cooperative attitude.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide information about products and services, answer questions, and resolve customer inquiries - Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions - Follow communication scripts and company policies to ensure consistent service delivery - Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet customer needs and exceed expectations - Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of customer service experience is preferred but not required - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Proficiency with computer systems and software applications - Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home with a reliable internet connection - Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
