Call Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Bank of America Corp. is seeking a Call Center Specialist to work from home in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate for this role will be driven, resilient, and have strong planning and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding banking products and services - Provide excellent customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Use company systems and tools to accurately document and track customer interactions - Meet or exceed established performance goals and metrics

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using computer systems and software - Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
