Job Description:
TIAA is seeking a motivated Call Center Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Entry Level Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries - Provide information about products and services - Handle and resolve customer complaints - Document all customer interactions - Escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role - Passionate and energetic personality - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using computer systems and software
