Remote Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

IGM Financial is currently seeking a Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize strong decision-making skills to assess and prioritize customer needs - Demonstrate innovation in finding creative solutions to customer problems - Maintain a positive and resilient attitude, even in high-pressure situations - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Resilient and driven personality traits - Proficiency in multitasking and managing priorities - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think critically - Innovative mindset to continuously improve processes and customer experience
