Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Monsanto is currently seeking a Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This part-time entry-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, hardworking, and possess excellent adaptability and attention to detail skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and product information - Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing accurate information - Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve customer concerns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Follow company guidelines and procedures for handling customer inquiries

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support software - High school diploma or equivalent required
