Job Description - Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:


Enbridge is currently seeking a Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be resourceful and confident, with strong decision-making and research skills.


Responsibilities: - Providing chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong decision-making and research skills - Proficiency in using chat support software and other communication tools - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
