Job Description - Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:


Molina Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and motivated Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. As a Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through our chat platform. You will also assist in maintaining customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through chat in a professional and efficient manner - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer support - Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the customer experience - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong time management and planning skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using chat and ticketing systems - Familiarity with healthcare industry terminology is a plus
